How it works
Initial consultation
The first step is to ensure you’re comfortable with your wedding planner. This initial meeting—whether in person or online—will help you understand how I can ease your wedding planning journey and make the process stress-free. It’s an opportunity for you to share your vision, and for me to explain how I can bring it to life.
Contract and booking
If you’re excited after our meeting and feel confident about entrusting me with your wedding plans, we’ll sign a contract. At this point, you’ll also pay a booking deposit to secure my services for your special day.
Budget and checklist
I will create a comprehensive wedding overview that will serve as our main planning tool. This includes your budget, a checklist, and an itinerary. Throughout the planning process, I’ll track all spending, including deposits and payments due, and ensure all decisions are made on time.
Supplier Sourcing
With an extensive network of trusted suppliers, I’ll recommend vendors based on your style, preferences, and requirements. We’ll prioritize and book each supplier until all services are secured to ensure your dream day runs smoothly.
Wedding design & Styling
I will craft a detailed design plan for your wedding, drawing inspiration from your venue and surroundings, while incorporating any color schemes or styles you desire. Whether you have a clear vision or need help visualizing it, we’ll work together to ensure your wedding looks stunning and feels just as magical.
Administration
For couples planning a legally recognized civil or religious ceremony, I’ll guide you through the necessary paperwork and processes step by step, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
